Defence Construction Canada
Provides project management, construction, and infrastructure services for the Canadian Defence sector.
Providing administrative and budgeting support to the Director, Communications and the Communications Business Partner, and supporting the delivery of various dynamic projects for a Crown corporation.
Oversee internal client relations, including keeping stakeholders up to date on schedules and working on peer-to-peer projects
Provide support for diverse communications functions such as digital media.
Provide daily office management and general administrative support, including:
Maintaining records, filing and tracking systems
Research and write Communications-related briefing notes; and meeting minutes
Preparing presentation packages for director meetings
Tracking budget expenditures, accruals and timesheets
Perform human resources administrative functions for the communications team (e.g. prepare onboarding schedules, manage administration of onboarding, prepare time-entry, track and manage team IT needs)
Manage merchandise inventory for tradeshows and events
Support the Communications Business Partner with ongoing client projects

Minimum: college diploma in administration, media, communications, marketing or a related field with four years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent
