Lead all preconstruction and estimating efforts for healthcare projects.

Leading conceptual budgeting and early cost planning
Managing estimating, design-assist, design-build, and GMP development
Mentoring and developing preconstruction and project management staff
Strengthening subcontractor, supplier, and client relationships
Pursuing and securing new healthcare work
