The Underground Foreman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is completed correctly and safely.

• Build, repair, and maintain telecom utility projects on outdoor construction sites.
• Troubleshoot field problems as they arise.
• Train crew on tools and equipment usage.
• Operate machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers.
• Manage all aspects of job‑site construction.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who prioritize safety, have a strong track record of high‑quality work, and possess hands‑on problem‑solving skills. Experience in telecom construction, including coax and fiber splicing and directional drilling, is essential.

• Demonstrated commitment to daily safety practices.
• Proven record of delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and hands‑on work approach.
• Experience with telecom construction, including coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground work.
• Relevant MOS codes (12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305) are a plus.
