Description

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, operational, and managerial departments.
• Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, conflicts, and risks proactively.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement as needed.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead, coordinate, and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining budgets, and delivering high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 10+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably in construction, real estate development, engineering.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is an advantage).
