Lead the design and development of interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with various project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and brand identity, translating them into innovative design solutions.
Create comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, color schemes, and lighting design.
Produce detailed construction documents including drawings, interior detailing specifications, and schedules, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Participate in construction administration responsibilities, including site observations, punch lists, and FF&E installations.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, provide design direction, and address any on-site challenges or modifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative materials, integrating them into design concepts and solutions.

Ability to visualize a project and picture the project/room in their mind.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative design solutions.
8-10 years of experience in Living projects (Senior Living, Multi-Family, Active Adult, and Hospitality).
Thorough 3D Revit documentation expertise required.
360 BIM, InDesign, and Enscape experience is a plus.
Ability to create complex finish packages and specifications, aiming for projects that can be documented in magazines and win awards.
Fluency in engineering to facilitate and coordinate projects.
NCIDQ certification or WELL Accreditation is a plus.
Degree in Interior Design.
