Ensure all written materials adhere to ACCO’s branding and style guidelines.
Design and produce a wide range of corporate visual content including presentation decks, infographics, posters, templates, banners, intranet landing pages, signage, etc. using professional graphic design programs.
Assist with the planning, promotion and execution of employee engagement events.
Assist with the development of clear, concise and compelling content and messaging for various departments, events and projects for distribution across various internal communication channels. These include the intranet, digital screens, newsletters, memos and other forms of company announcements.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, craft key messages and create engaging content.
Execute designs from concept to final production, ensuring branding consistency across all assets.
Manage a library of standard design assets and templates to ensure easy access and consistent use.
Take, edit and store photos for use in creating digital assets and designs.
Support the creation of executive messaging, talking points and other scripts as needed.
