Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
Support the coordination and scheduling of proposal activities
Responsible for take-offs for assigned divisions of work.
Organizing and saving proposal documents
Assist in coordinating proposal and bid package information or the coordination of document release. May help coordinate tracking bid status, vendor relations, and meeting minutes.
Calling and engaging with subcontractors during the proposal phase.
Assist in composing and processing routine correspondence.
Solicit bids from subcontractor using our web based platform
Maintain and update the department’s unit rate and lead time tracker.
Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving, and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.
Maintain and update the department’s proposal processes
Support the pre-construction team with proposal efforts.
Evaluate bids received from subcontractors.
Conduct research and compile statistical reports.
