Follow all safety regulations associated.
Remove castings from paint line and put in bins according to part number when unloading.
Build boxes, and pack casting and components in appropriate boxes labeled and sealed as necessary.
Manually assemble components and related materials as required with product\
Use spray paint and screwdriver as required.
Read and follow operation sheet detailing steps to follow while packing.
Perform and maintain various recordkeeping duties and clerical operations such as entering scrap on scrap data sheet as necessary.
Perform visual quality checks for processing defects.
Load iron castings (generally weighing between 2-12 pounds) onto automated paint line.
Understand and utilize the lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and apply 5-S program.

Ability to work around molten metal and in a production environment that is hot and subject to unexpected swings of overtime (ability to flex personal schedule to cover tasks on other shifts)
Prior experience working in manufacturing.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Ability to use a variety of hand, pneumatic, semi-automatic, and power tools.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow moderately technical standards, instructions, and maintenance procedures.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Understand and perform designed TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) functions as required.
Involves some bending, twisting motion, walking upstairs, reaching (lateral and bilateral), and frequent hand motion.
Ability to use and be around spray paint.
Ability to perform basic computer functions: eSafety, MESH Prism
Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-12 hours and to lift/carry up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
Prior experience working a team environment.
Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively while working with all employees throughout plant.
Proven ability to run a machine with multiple settings or specifications.
Understanding of how to use precision gauging instruments.
