  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the building journey; and
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs + offering tailored Dual Occ solutions
  • Work with our Customer Engagement Centre who will have leads come through
  • Conduct suitability analysis of property and blocks for Dual Occ development
  • Leverage extensive marketing and lead generation tools to fuel your sales pipeline
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including real estate agents, developers, brokers, and local influencers.
  • Manage high-volume digital enquiry and following up leads with urgency and care
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding contract targets
