  • Update and evolve TKE Leader Standard Work (LSW) routines and KPIs to ensure consistent adoption of TKE One processes across Branches and Area Operations & Sales teams.
  • Define, measure, and analyze TKE One data to quantify key LOB value drivers (e.g., efficiency, first-time fix, change order execution, cross-sell/upsell, win rate, callback reduction, applied credit).
  • Identity theft monitoring
  • Support LOB teams with data-driven execution playbooks, dashboards, and management tools to improve scheduling, resource allocation, backlog management, cycle time acceleration, and customer experience.
  • Support rollout of dashboards, workflow templates, scheduling enhancements, and resource planning tools to drive consistency, operational excellence, and productivity across the LOB.
  • Work with Operations and Sales teams to define and refine end-to-end KPIs and compliance metrics.
  • Recommend, develop, and lead process changes to streamline operational workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve quality outcomes (e.g., technician efficiency, backlog management, change order execution, and project/territory compliance).
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects that drive people, process, and technology optimization efforts across branches, areas, headquarters, and COE teams.
  • Define, analyze, and measure TKE One data across the LOB lifecycle (e.g., order booking, service delivery, project execution, billing) to identify cycle time delays, waste, inconsistencies, and areas for automation and adoption.
  • Partner with Area Operations Directors, HQ leadership, and branch teams to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and strengthen adoption of TKE One processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, Commercial Ops, Operations, and Shared Services to resolve issues and prioritize future enhancements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams empowered to drive adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor system usage, feedback, and support cases to identify and address pain points post-implementation.

  • 15+ years of experience in operations, IT, continuous improvement, process optimization, or business transformation.
  • Experience in service delivery, project execution, or field operations (construction, engineering, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with both field and headquarters teams to drive systemic improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, KPI design, and reporting tools (Excel, BI dashboards).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and sustaining adoption of continuous improvement practices.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt), preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or related field), preferred.
  • Salesforce Certifications- Scrum master, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Administrator
