The Project Coordinator (Planning) in our Project and Development Services team in Kolkata works closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to drive planning, documentation, costing and tendering for construction projects. The role also supports regional sales strategy, business development activities and ensures the project’s organisational structure, reporting and communication are streamlined. Attendance at project meetings and preparation of reports, analyses and reviews are essential.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify client needs and balance them with JLL’s business objectives, while seeking opportunities to cross‑sell JLL services. Managing professional consultants, vendor contracts, risk mitigation, health‑ and‑safety and sustainability are key to upholding JLL’s legacy of project excellence. A keen sense of urgency and resilience are required to solve problems, meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least ten years of planning experience using MS Project or Primavera, contract and billing, and ERP‑based tools. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, digitally enabled, and can champion JLL’s technology platforms while engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational, communication and collaborative skills are essential to thrive under pressure.
