Performs quantity takeoffs for a discipline or commodity specialty using defined documents
Gathers appropriate quantity and labor/ODC information for an assigned discipline or specialty
Reviews design scope criteria and develops quantities for undefined scope assumptions in coordination with other stakeholders/departments
Participates in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates
Conducts detail pricing for non-manual labor service using functional staffing and other direct cost (ODC) inputs
Prepares estimate basis and assumption documentation for their area of responsibility in support of overall estimate development
Prepares cost studies, trend estimates, and life cycle cost estimates in area of specialization

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
