The primary objective of this role is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a fully qualified Fire Extinguisher Technician
Take responsibility for the proper management, care, and security of vehicle stock, tools, and equipment
Work alongside experienced Fire Extinguisher Technicians, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field
Collaborate with Service Administrators to ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to ensure they fully understand the status and condition of their fire safety equipment

Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for work and training purposes.
Possession of a full UK driving licence.
Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.
Previous experience working with mechanical fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, suppression systems).
Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical background within the mechanical fire safety industry.
Flexibility to travel and stay overnight may be required during peak periods and throughout the training programme
