Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including policies and procedures, change requests, incident reports, asset registers, software licensing etc.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes such as account setup, hardware allocation and return.
Act as a point of contact for IT related queries and escalate appropriately internally and with the MSP as required.
Help manage Software licensing, renewals and compliance tracking.
Build and maintain a comprehensive suite of system documentation.
Gather feedback from Users and identify recurring issues as areas for improvement.
Co-ordinate and track IT service requests and escalations with our Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Support and track the procurement of IT equipment and software, including vendor liaison, order co-ordination and asset/license tracking.
Strong foundational IT knowledge a necessity.
Previous experience in an IT support and co-ordination role.
Comfortable working with third party vendors and service providers.

The role is ideal for someone with a background in IT, who enjoys managing processes, coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ability to carry out low level technical troubleshooting and end user support will be advantageous.
