Inspect and maintain lifting equipment (chains, cables, shackles, and lifting beams) to ensure safe operation and compliance with standards.
Interpret drawings, sketches, and diagrams to determine necessary tools, materials, and procedures for each task.
Accurately document maintenance findings, inspections, and corrective actions in the work order and log systems.
Fabricate, weld, braze, and install piping or conduit as required to support equipment functionality.
Perform preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment including electrical boxes, wiring, hydraulic and lubrication systems, and molding machinery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting team initiatives and providing training or guidance to peers.

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and kneeling for 8+ hours per day.
Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling, including up to 12-hour shifts and off-day work as needed.
Demonstrated proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance, print reading, and the use of MS Office tools.
