The Service Technician role performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, functional, and in line with Greystar’s standards. The position handles resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and prepares vacant units for new tenants.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. The schedule is flexible and may include evening, weekend, holiday call‑outs and occasional travel to other properties for training or support.
