  • Lead business development in the Aviation market to provide client management, growth and sustained backlog, including leadership of client relationships for loyalty, long-term engagement, and lifetime retention
  • Participate in the positive promotion of Division-wide initiatives, in collaboration with other leadership
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to develop goals, growth plans, and implement strategic initiatives
  • Participate in achieving sales goals for pursuits within the Division, and aid in marshalling appropriate resources to do so
  • Monitor and participate in the development of associate morale, addressing any associate concerns or issues, and collaborating with Human Resources, as necessary
  • Participate in the annual development and execution of the firm’s Business Plan, including establishing sales, revenue, and expense goals
  • Lead critical pursuits within the 18-month horizon, mentor practice builders in forming client relationships, expand the points of contacts between clients and RS&H, and align RS&H thought leaders with clients
  • Attend and present at conferences to improve the visibility of RS&H’s services and expertise
  • Develop successful partnerships and relationships with other consulting firms to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts for projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
  • Professional registration (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
  • Strong supervisory skills and record of leading multiple/multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development
  • Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
  • Excellent organization and motivation skills
