Regional Head

Description

As a Regional Head at Square Yards, you’ll own business growth, sales performance, and team leadership across your region. This is a senior role focused on scaling revenue, building strong developer partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

• Drive transparent and customer-first sales practices
• Lead, mentor, and scale sales teams
• Track market trends and competition
• Drive regional sales targets and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive performance
• Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiency
• Use data to improve conversions and productivity
• Build strong relationships with developers
• Share regular MIS, forecasts, and performance updates
• Hire, train, and retain top sales talent
• Ensure smooth coordination between developers & sales teams
• Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams
• Negotiate commercial terms and exclusivity deals
• Expand market presence and onboard new projects
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth closures

Requirements

🧠 Skills Required

• Deep understanding of real estate / Direct Sales.
• Graduate / MBA preferred
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Organic Growth, No Hop & skip Resume, longevity, & Proven track records.
• Target-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• 4–10 years of Direct Sales or real estate sales experience
