Description

• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain structured documentation and reports for ongoing initiatives.
• Manage follow-ups, deadlines, and progress tracking for cross-functional projects.
• Organize and facilitate key meetings, ensuring clarity on action points and next steps.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across customer experience, risk, and audit.
• Support in research and analysis for decision-making and business improvements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports and dashboards.

Requirements

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our VP - Corporate in driving execution across Customer Experience, Risk, and Audit. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, financial modeling).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a consulting, strategy, or operations role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to leverage AI
• Strong PowerPoint skills (structuring and designing presentations).
• A lateral thinker who ploughs back insights from his personal interests
