Provide post-award contract administration support, including managing progress meetings, expediting activities, and overseeing change orders.
Develop comprehensive commercial recommendations by gathering and analyzing all relevant package data.
Act as the focal point and driving force for all assigned procurement packages, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.
Prepare RFQs and RFPs in alignment with project procurement schedules, ensuring full compliance with Company’s Supply Management Policies and Procedures (SM P&Ps).
Serve as the primary liaison with the Project Team throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Lead all commercial negotiations for assigned procurement packages, including terms and conditions, payment milestones, lead times, delivery terms, and other key contractual elements.
Maintain and update internal tracking logs for agreements under administration (e.g., milestones, change orders, invoice logs) in accordance with Company's protocols.

Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment.
Minimum of 15 years of project-related procurement experience, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
