Ensuring the timely collation of all papers for submission and approval to a range of internal and external meetings.
Supporting new Apprenticeship development activities including taking meeting notes and co-ordinating meetings and workshops.
Monitor and maintain information spreadsheets through the processing of purchase orders and invoices providing reporting as required to support the Standards & Frameworks Operations Manager in the day-to-day financial control of their budget.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group arranging meetings, room bookings and taking minutes and actions at meetings.
Act as a first point of contact for the team by co-ordinating queries and responses by telephone, email, face-to- face and by post.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Standards and Frameworks panel arranging meetings and taking minutes and actions at meetings.
Provide support required to fulfil the procurement asks, raising requisitions, invoicing and registering new suppliers.
Assist in the day-to-day management of the National Occupational Standards (NOS) database.

Excellent data/records management and maintenance skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
