Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI.
Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management (especially Human Resources) or Technology.
Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts.
Highly analytical, excited about data / numbers and generate insights visually.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience of big data handling, Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools – Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work with pace with quality discipline.
Detail oriented with excellent reporting skills.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in Automotive.
