What you would be doing

Periodically audit the PTW at work site together with HSSE and Construction/ Commissioning teams to ensure compliance
Ensure that all permit signatories pass the required Client competency assessment to use the PTW system/ safe system of work. Maintain the approved Permit Applicant/ Permit Holder log
Manage the PTW Office and organize PTW coordination meetings with Permit Applicant/ Area Authority and Issuing Authority (if required)
Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor PTW Coordinators for the planned activities, review the permits and supporting documents.
Co-ordinate with client PTW Coordinator for the approval of permits. Attend the daily SIMOPS/ PTW meeting with all other contractors and communicate with Area Authorities about SIMOPS activities
File the closed out Permits for records and preserve for record keeping
Maintain up-to-date registers/ tracking of Permits and Certificates with cross references and a display board of all active Permits and Certificates in use over the site, together with a separate display board for Isolation Certificates
Ensure that all permits and associated certificates are approved and relevant documents including Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, drawings, etc. are attached to the PTW form (as applicable) and are signed by all relevant parties and approved by Construction/ Commissioning
Communicate the daily PTW log to all Construction/ Commissioning and HSSE team
