Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing
2+ years of maintenance experience
Proficient working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and/or move 35 pounds and up to 100 pounds on occasion
Ability to provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal skills
Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
