Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within a specific discipline. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and offers opportunities at both Level 1 and Level 2 based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined by experience, location, and internal equity, and the position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.

- Minimum experience: 5 years for Superintendent I (base pay $111,400‑$167,100) or 8 years for Superintendent II (base pay $130,100‑$195,200), with higher ranges in select locations.
