The Project Coordinator is a corporate office–based role responsible for coordinating third-party field inspectors within the oil and gas industry. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. The Project Coordinator manages project logistics, schedules, budgets, and documentation while maintaining compliance with client requirements and industry standards. This role is central to supporting field operations from the corporate office and ensuring consistent communication and operational efficiency across all stakeholders.
Monitor & communicate status of awarded funding amounts for each project as directed by the Customer
Onboarding of field personnel as appropriate (contractor personnel only)
Ensure operations schedule is accurate and current
Provide regular summary reports, both externally and internally, that include key metrics and value add
Processing contractor invoices and expenses for payment as applicable
Ensure accuracy of and provide all requested deliverables to the Customer at their respective frequencies
Ensure that QCS personnel and the specified inspection activities meet QMS requirements, customer
Primary point of contact for Customer interface
Knowledge of drilling and completions tools, API specifications and standards, DS-1 standard, etc.
Ability to travel to supplier sites and customer offices
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful
College degree with a science or engineering core preferred
Disciplinary action initiation or elevation for field personnel as appropriate
Experience with implementing and enforcing quality systems and procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience with NDT methods
Ability to work independently
Experience managing project scheduling and reporting
3+ years of oil and gas industry experience required
IAP / NCR initiation
High school diploma or equivalent
