Description

The Porter works on‑site to complete all groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor, including trash removal, preparation for waste hauler pickup, mopping, and daily cleaning of assigned areas. This role ensures the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

• Work full shift on‑site according to schedule.
• Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond normal hours.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, including bending and stooping as required.

Requirements

• Mop and vacuum daily in required areas.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Be proficient in basic computer tasks.
• Possess at least one year of maintenance or skilled‑trade experience.
• Have experience in student housing or multifamily industry.
