Guide the team to conduct deep dive customer data analysis, including both spend and digital behaviors, to improve customer lifetime value, which includes segmenting customers based on their spend and digital behaviors to enable a more targeted marketing efforts and personalized experiences.
Support Commercial marketing teams to analyze data obtained from marketing experiments and provide insights to help guide optimize the next marketing experiments.
Support the formulation of Commercial’s strategy, based on clear issue framing and rigorous analyses across strategic, operating, financial and industry data/trends.
Craft compelling narratives from strategic plans, research insights, and ongoing initiatives for presentation to various management and external stakeholders.

Degree Holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics/reporting, strategic planning, or market research preferred
