Tasks

-Advise Construction Manager of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving issues -Develop, implement and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and under budget -Participer à l’analyse des plans et des spécifications afin de fournir des interprétations claires, traçables et coordonnées de la conception ou des dessins pour la construction. -Administration and management of subcontracts including subcontractor compliance, tracking of changes and deliverables -Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et surveiller le calendrier de construction pour livrer le projet dans les délais et conformément au budget prévu. -Préparer des biens livrables du projet, dont le suivi et la création des demandes d’information, la transmission et le suivi des soumissions, la rédaction des ententes et la mise à jour de la liste d’envoi du projet. -Informer le gestionnaire de la construction des problèmes potentiels, des interférences de travail et des difficultés de calendrier, et aider à résoudre les problèmes. -Preparation of project deliverables including tracking and creating of RFIs, transmitting and tracking of submittals, composing agreements and maintaining project expediting list -Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction

What You Bring

-Gérer l’administration et la gestion des contrats de sous-traitance, y compris la conformité des sous-traitants, le suivi des changements et des biens livrables. -You have a construction related degree and a minimum of three years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience -Bonne connaissance de la planification, de la gestion de projet et des logiciels de gestion de contrat -Expérience dans la production de rapports fiscaux et financiers -Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software -Diplôme en construction et un minimum de trois ans d’expérience en construction ou une combinaison équivalente de formation technique et d’expérience -Autorisation SVIC, un solide atout -Capacité de soutenir l’équipe de projet et de surmonter les situations problématiques -Experience with fiscal and financial reporting -Ability to support the project team and help overcome problematic situations -Possessing CISD Clearance is a strong asset
