Tasks

-Support the preparation of detailed monthly cost reports and variance analyses. -Handle essential administrative duties related to cost control -Facilitate teamwork among cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Finance. -Collaborate with the procurement team to verify and track purchase orders and invoices. -Monitor and control project spending to ensure adherence to the budget. -Analyse financial data and accurately report on budgets and forecasts.

What You Bring

-Accounting skills -Minimum two years of previous project cost exposure -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel -Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels -Qualification in Business/Accounting or equivalent qualification would be desirable -Experience in the Energy or Mining industry would be desirable -A highly analytical approach with meticulous attention to detail. -Knowledge of Pronto and BI would be desirable
