The Associate Finance Analyst provides accounting and finance services that support the organization’s business objectives. Responsibilities include general accounting functions, account reconciliations, preparation and presentation of financial statements, and analysis reports. The role also participates in monthly analysis, forecasting, and the annual budgeting process, as well as cost accounting, inventory, and property, plant, and equipment management in compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
The analyst partners with internal and external customers to synthesize data into actionable information for fact‑based decision support, prepares monthly reports, and maintains accurate records. They drive opportunities to deliver value, support management in planning, measuring, and reporting performance, and assist with month‑end close activities such as journal entries and reconciliations. Additional duties include developing customer‑friendly systems, monitoring operational benchmarks, performing root‑cause analysis, and supporting Continuous Improvement Management System (CIIMS) projects.
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, ability to travel for off‑site inventory counts, foundational finance and accounting knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask and manage daily priorities.
The position involves frequent hearing, talking, visual tasks, sitting, typing, and occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lb, and other physical activities.
