As a Regional Member Engagement Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to our regional engagement activities - helping to organise events, manage communications, and ensure members feel connected and supported.
⦁ Support planning and delivery of regional events and board meetings, including logistics and materials.
⦁ Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, payments, and compliance.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Regional Member Engagement Managers to coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and act as a friendly first point of contact for member enquiries. ⦁ Contribute to regional social media and digital storytelling.
⦁ Maintain accurate records, mailing lists, and stakeholder data in line with GDPR.
⦁ Assist with Regional Board onboarding and scheduling.
⦁ Act as the first point of contact for general member enquiries, ensuring a helpful and professional experience.
⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of regional engagement initiatives.
⦁ Draft and distribute member communications and support outreach to schools and universities.
⦁ Create and update digital content such as newsletters, flyers, and presentations.
You’ll enjoy supporting others, working collaboratively, and managing a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build experience in events and communications while contributing to a meaningful purpose.
⦁ Be organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
⦁ Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
⦁ Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Canva and social media platforms.
Candidates must have the correct right to work in the country where the role is based.
⦁ Understand data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).
⦁ Bring attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
⦁ Have experience supporting events, projects, or programmes in a member or customer-facing environment.
⦁ Experience with CRM or membership databases is desirable but not essential.
⦁ Three additional days of leave when the office closes between Christmas and New Year
