Assigned to the Fort Bragg Central Issue Facility, the temporary 12‑month Stock Clerk manages the issuance and receipt of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE). Responsibilities include updating SM clothing records in the Installation Support Module (ISM), inspecting equipment for serviceability, stocking shelves, and verifying and counting items during annual inventories.
The role is performed in a temperature‑controlled office environment, with occasional exposure to extreme cold or heat, and requires the use of personal protective equipment such as masks, safety vests, steel‑toed boots, gloves, hard hats, and eyewear. Physical duties include lifting up to 45 pounds, standing and walking 6‑8 hours per day, and performing typical material‑handling tasks.

- Assist with all inventory activities.
- Maintain clean work areas daily.
- Support upkeep and maintenance of facility, equipment, and warehouses.
- Follow all safety precautions and wear required PPE.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer applications.
- Obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
- Provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

Minimum qualifications consist of a high school diploma or equivalent, passing a pre‑employment drug screen, a valid REAL ID driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Common Access Card, NACI Tier 1 Public Trust, and proof of U.S. citizenship. Candidates must have at least two years of supply‑operations experience, high ethical standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
