Supervise machining and assembly operations for rotors and components.
Ensure on-time delivery within cost and scope constraints.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely project execution.
Participate in internal and external audits for ISO certification renewal.
Utilize SAP for workshop execution and repair activity management.
Release production orders and maintain minimum stock requirements.
Manage servicing of sub-assemblies (servomotors, safety blocks, ESV controllers, governors), including identification of worn/damaged parts and requisition of replacements.
Manage timely calibration of lifting tools and tackles.
Create and track job schedules as per finalized scope.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations during all repair activities.
