- Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
- Ensure all electrical installations and testing meet the required technical standards and the IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines
- Review, evaluate, and sign off on al electrical certification and documentation produced by electrical engineers
- Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays
- Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture
- Conduct regular inspections and post audits of electrical installations, including those carried out by subcontractors to ensure full compliance
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams

- NVQ level 3 in electrical installations, or equivalent (essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671 qualification (essential)
- Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure
- Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and testing qualification, or equivalent (desirable)
- Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
- Uniform, PPE & mobile device supplied
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
- Hold the relevant qualifications to be considered QS on the approved contractor competent person scheme with the NICEIC
- The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Resilience and attention to detail
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
