Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Four or more years combined experience performing and/or supervising activities related to the design, analyzing metrics, construction, and maintenance, and/or scheduling activities associated with the electric system.
Position will require up to 20% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
Experience using Click Schedule, SAP, Work It, Power BI and SAS software and familiarization with procedures and processes for each.
Experience with Initiate, Plan, Schedule, Execute, and Close (IPSEC) model and/or scheduling procedures.
Experience with the application of the IBEW collective bargaining agreement and handling labor relations issues.
Four or more years of experience in electrical construction, planning, inspection, or coordination.
Experience overseeing and assessing performance metrics and other performance-related data sources.
This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Experience serving as an Operations Supervisor, Planning Manager, Field Supervisor, Energy Delivery & Distribution Specialist, Performance & Resources Analyst, or in a related Performance & Resource Management (PRS) role.
