Division Director – Steel & Bridges

Description

We are seeking a Division Director – Steel & Bridges to lead and oversee high-quality projects in line with our strategic vision. This full-time, on-site role, based in Dubai, involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, and fostering excellent client relationships. The Division Director will also identify and develop business opportunities, implement best practices, and maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance throughout projects.

Requirements

• Experience in a professional leadership role, preferably in the Middle East region, is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills to oversee teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in project development, delivery, and management, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and timelines.
• Academic qualifications in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven expertise in structural engineering, with specific experience in steel structures and bridge projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for engineering design and project management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and sustainable construction practices.
