Description

• Review GFC drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution
• Drive value engineering initiatives
• Continuously improve design processes and methodologies
• Lead and oversee interior & architectural design for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces
• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and sustainability principles
• Prepare and issue RFPs for design consultants and vendors
• Mentor junior architects and foster a high-performing team
• Implement and manage BIM processes for design coordination

Requirements

• Expertise in hospitality-led architectural concepts
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle projects from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design
• Preferred: Master of Architecture from reputed institutes (e.g., CEPT University, SPA)
• Bachelor of Architecture (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional leadership and communication
• Experience in business parks and retail design
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• At least one full cycle from concept development to on-site completion
• 15–18 years in architectural design for real estate and hospitality projects
