To ensure that the Security Team carry out the set number of patrols, meeting frequency, accuracy and reporting targets as set out in the Assignment Instructions or as requested by the Site management or the senior Campus Services & Developments team.
Manage all aspects of the security shift team member's duties, ensuring they are compliant and conversant with agreed procedures, taking responsibility for the professional conduct and development of the team. Key emphasis is placed on access control, staff deportment, customer care and emergency responses.
Investigate & escalate all complaints, putting in place corrective measures to prevent a re-occurrence and to ensure that information is passed on to site management and your fellow TL`s.
Assist the Security Operations Manager and or Head of Risk and Security and in the reviewing, devising and compiling standard operating procedures through delivering scenario tests, toolbox talks and issuing site memoranda as and when required.
To effectively monitor CCTV for the prevention of crime, loss or theft of property and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitors.
To manage the deployment of the Security Team by way of planning, coordination, allocation and supervision via the daily rotation of the team, shifting resources to where they are required.
