Manage and deliver both discipline specific and multi-disciplinary projects at a variety of scales, monitoring financial performance, project quality and team workload.
Work collaboratively as a member of a team to support project and interpersonal goals.
Work closely with Discipline and Geographic leaders, Clients, and project teams to deliver projects and problem-solve as issues arise.
Maintain expertise in local, state, and federal regulations for project development while staying abreast of industry best practices.
Collaborate with Principals and geographic leadership to manage, mentor, and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Perform quality assurance and quality control of project deliverables.
Coordinate with subconsultants to establish contracts and manage communication and deliverable development.
Work with discipline leadership to staff projects and monitor utilization levels.
Provide project landscape architectural leadership through all phases, including design and technical construction documentation. Familiarity with and ability to oversee the development of phase deliverables, including concept design, technical studies and reports, and construction drawings and specification development, including drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable cost is required.
Coordinate and collaborate with other OHM disciplines throughout the project to deliver an integrated design and engineering process.
Collaborate with other discipline leaders to continue developing studio best practices and advance landscape architectural practice.
Provide landscape architecture leadership through all project phases, including design and technical construction documentation.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Landscape Architecture.

Bachelor's degree or better in Landscape Architecture.
Lead the development of proposals, work plans, schedules, and budgets for projects. Expertise in preparing discipline specific, as well as multidisciplinary project proposals at multiple scales desired.
Ability to read and interpret ordinances, statutes, plans, maps, blueprints, contracts.
Expert in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite. Familiarity with Lumion a plus.
OHM Grad School
Experience working within financial management software to monitor project performance metrics.
Experience practicing landscape architecture in Michigan and participation in professional organizations.
