

The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, managing tenancy processes, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities * Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Tenancy Coordination: Handle tenancy start-ups, renewals, terminations, and related documentation. * Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact, handling queries promptly and professionally. * Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and schedule maintenance work, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of issues. * Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant housing, safety, and legal standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation. * Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and produce clear, organised reports.

Person Specification* Previous experience in property management or lettings * Full UK driving licence * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confident in handling tenant and landlord queries and resolving issues professionally * Working knowledge of property compliance and housing regulations (or willingness to learn) * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills * IT proficient, with the ability to learn internal systems and databases
