What you would be doing

  • Maintain database accuracy, including data cleansing and duplicate record management.
  • Administer contact mailing lists, including creation and updates, as well as sending marketing eblasts.
  • Evaluate new CRM releases and enhancements to assess impact on users and business processes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support opportunity management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to understand data needs.
  • Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and support to users.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to support daily CRM activities.
  • Monitor the CRM support mailbox and respond to inquiries with clear, actionable solutions.
  • Analyze and process opportunity change forms, deletion requests, and contact management tasks using independent judgment.
  • Lead CRM system customization in collaboration with our ITS team and platform partner.
  • Update help documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
  • Prepare and deliver CRM training sessions (in-person and virtual) for users at all levels.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify user needs and enhance the CRM experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Employment with Merrick is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • 5+ years with CRM experience or working with enterprise information systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Management, Business, or related.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably aec360 or MS Dynamics) and best practices.
