- Maintain database accuracy, including data cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Administer contact mailing lists, including creation and updates, as well as sending marketing eblasts.
- Evaluate new CRM releases and enhancements to assess impact on users and business processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support opportunity management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
- Work closely with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to understand data needs.
- Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and support to users.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Doer-Sellers, and Marketing teams to support daily CRM activities.
- Monitor the CRM support mailbox and respond to inquiries with clear, actionable solutions.
- Analyze and process opportunity change forms, deletion requests, and contact management tasks using independent judgment.
- Lead CRM system customization in collaboration with our ITS team and platform partner.
- Update help documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Prepare and deliver CRM training sessions (in-person and virtual) for users at all levels.
- Work with stakeholders to identify user needs and enhance the CRM experience.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- 5+ years with CRM experience or working with enterprise information systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Management, Business, or related.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably aec360 or MS Dynamics) and best practices.
