  • S’assurer de l’application et du respect des politiques de santé et sécurité au travail;
  • Support à l'équipe projet pour la gestion de tout changement et dérogation aux documents contractuels;
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier;
  • Savoir gérer et encadrer la main-d’œuvre au chantier;
  • Support à l'équipe projet pour le suivi des coûts et la planification du projet;
  • Gérer toutes les activités relatives à l’exécution des travaux de construction;
  • Compléter le rapport journalier des travaux et quantités.
  • Supervision et coordination des travaux de chantier;
  • Interpréter correctement les plans et devis et s’assurer du respect de l’échéancier;
  • Informer le gérant de projet du rendement de ses équipes et des sous-traitants;

  • 10 à 15 ans d’expérience pertinente sur des projets d’importance en pavage;
  • Avoir une bonne capacité physique et une résistance au stress.
