Complete Fire Safety Risk Assessments at client’s properties in line with current guidance and in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and any recent advice notes related to Fire Risk.
Adhere fully to the BAFE SP205 QA System requirements as described within the Keegans SP2-5 Quality Manual and Procedures documents.
Plan, manage and complete all site survey work and reporting in accordance with Keegans SP205 QA System requirements.
Maintain CPD through self-learning and attending courses as available to ensure the level of knowledge remains current as applicable to all Fire Safety Risk Assessments.

Registered Assessor on a national register
A good number of years experience undertaking FRAs on a wide variety of residential property types, low and high-rise, sheltered accommodation and ideally experience of commercial surveys in corporate properties and schools.
A good knowledge of the current Fire Safety legislation and associate standards.
