Description

• Mentor and coach both field and office staff.
• Takes ownership of jobs, mentors others, and runs small teams.

• Digital work orders, schedules & drawings.
• You’ll install, fix, wire, troubleshoot, test, bend conduit, align hardware, solve problems, and occasionally become the hero of someone’s day.

Requirements

• Enjoy working alone sometimes and in small 2-3 person teams other times.
• Tools and systems built by Hudson’s own AI specialists.
• Complex automation.
• Some become absolute wizards with AI tools or digital workflows.
• Clean police record.
• Able to work outdoors, on ladders, and lift 50 lbs.
• Access control, cameras, alarms, automated door operators, telephone entry, physical/electronic security systems, and gate control.
• A Hudson-issued smartphone.
• Valid G license & clean abstract.
