Projects Manager - Civil Construction - Water Infrastructure

Description

• Contribute to capability uplift and process standardisation
• Manage progress claims, variations & project management
• Act as Project Manager on Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects with civil/mech/struct integration
• QA/QC and verification of engineering documents to utility standards
• Manage external and internal stakeholders
• Manage the project lifecycle from sales handover through to completion
• Engage directly with clients and Tier 1 builders on technical matters

Requirements

• Strong commercial and stakeholder management acumen
• Capable of verifying and signing off on engineering deliverables to major authority standards
• Two recent references
• Deep technical knowledge in civil infrastructure, mechanical piping, or structural concrete within the water industry
• Strong background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects
• 10+ years of relevant site experience, including D&C delivery
