The Quality Engineer will join a fast-paced, agile development team, ensuring quality and reliability of Salesforce-based solutions through comprehensive testing strategies and close collaboration with development teams. The role demands deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, modern testing methodologies, and the ability to integrate testing early in the CI/CD pipeline.

Design and execute test plans for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
Validate complex business processes involving Flows, custom Lightning components, and third‑party integrations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across system boundaries.
Maintain automated test suites and reusable scripts within the GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
Implement continuous testing practices and integrate testing early in the development lifecycle.
Test across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, managing sandbox‑to‑production deployments.
Verify integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint, AWS S3, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Monitor Salesforce governor limits and ensure compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners in agile sprints; document test cases, results, and defects.
Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders using event logs for validation and troubleshooting.

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification; additional Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS S3, and Data Cloud experience; performance testing expertise.
