  • Manage and grow client accounts across multiple branches to ensure business continuity and sustainable long-term growth.
  • Partner with local Account Managers to ensure consistency in client experience and strategic alignment across branches.
  • Prepare accurate bids and proposals, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets related to sales volume, profitability, and strategic account objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Zoho) and project management platforms (ProCore) to track account activities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, delivering best-in-class service and communication.
  • Support and drive business development efforts, including participation in marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Cultivate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts and within the industry.
  • Oversee the performance and effectiveness of delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Participate in weekly job status meetings, sales meetings, and monthly branch performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure clear communication of client expectations and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership, including the Vice President and Operations Manager, to align client strategies with overarching regional goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities that fuel regional growth and drive revenue.

  • Experience in multifamily or hotel construction or renovations is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in other aspects of construction is helpful.
  • Strong track record in managing client relationships and leading business development efforts.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
