- Build and expand strategic relationships with utilities, cooperatives, power traders, and municipalities.

Origis Energy is seeking an experienced Origination Manager or Director, Capacity and Energy Storage to expand pipeline growth and project success in utility‑scale solar and storage. The role will support a seasoned team, leading market entry, deal flow, and customer development across a multi‑state territory. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of capacity markets, ancillary services, energy arbitrage, grid analysis, and be comfortable representing the company in customer negotiations. The position reports at director level without direct reports and may be based in Miami, Austin, or remotely.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- 3‑5+ years progressive origination or development experience in utility‑scale solar or energy storage.
- Deep technical knowledge of U.S. energy storage and solar markets.
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with customers.
- Ability to prepare market analyses and recommendations.
- Familiarity with landowner negotiations.
- Experience reviewing solar and storage financial models.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong customer‑relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem‑solving.
- Able to multitask and manage tight timelines and budgets.
- Effective at managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
