Description

The role focuses on sourcing new commercial office and retail space for the Markets team while maintaining the existing property database within the Blossom and Horizon software platforms. It also supports business prospecting, pipeline development, and overall database administration, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for sales initiatives.

• Source new commercial office and retail properties for the Markets team.
• Maintain and update the property database in Blossom & Horizon.
• Support business prospecting, pipeline management, and database administration.
• Update market links, new property sourcing, and absorption data.
• Assist sales leadership in developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external data sources to identify properties.
• Build, validate, and sustain primary and secondary sales databases.
• Create cohesive presentations with proper slide layout and design.

Requirements

Ideal candidates bring at least eight years of experience in real‑estate transactions, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. They must thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, work well in a team, and be fluent in the local language as well as English and Hindi.
